This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.5315 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5315 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025 is relaxed.
