Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the nonapplicants. Learned counsel for the non-applicants opposes the application on the ground that no sufficient cause is mentioned.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 158 days in filing the appeal.

We have gone through the reasons mentioned in the affidavit along with the application, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
