By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the petitioner, being the resident of Karungal Pudur, Namakkal District, has submitted a representation dated 20.05.2016 to the second respondent praying for appropriate permission to conduct a cultural dance programme in the temple festival of Sri Arulmigu Maha Mariamman Temple at Karungal Pudur, Namakkal Taluk, Namakkal District and since no order has been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition. 3.
This Court heard the submissions of Mr.T.Hariramachandran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In the light of the facts and circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to submit one more representation to the second respondent under proper acknowledgment praying for appropriate permission to conduct a cultural dance programme by fixing a particular date within two weeks from today and on receipt of the said representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of one week thereafter.
