ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to return the documents upon settling the entire loan amount pertaining to the loan availed by the second respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the second respondent had settled the entire dues. .

3. Considering the above submission, the first respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner, after conducting enquiry between the petitioner and the second respondent. It is made clear that the entire loan amount is cleared by the second respondent and the first respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed 2/4
