ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.1296 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28010 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final yet to be filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.28010 of 2024 dated 08.11.2024 and subsequently modified in Crl.M.P.No.1296 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.28010 of 2024 dated 30.01.2025 is relaxed.
