This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in para No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.4035 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 in Cr.No.19 of 2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in para No.6(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.4035 of 2025 dated 17.02.2025 in Cr.No.19 of 2025, is relaxed. 4.
