When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the applicants sought return of the original documents Ex.P1 and Ex.P4 marked during the examination of P.W.1. He would also undertake to substitute the original documents when the certified copies had been issued by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent had taken time on 14.06.2023. Today there is no representation for the respondent.

3. Considering the facts, the request made by the applicant is accepted. The Registry is directed to return the Ex.P1 and Ex.P4, after substituting them with the certified copies.
