Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ order or direction in the nature of writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to award marks to petitioner for question Nos. 93,100,105 and 133 and to consequently direct the respondents to select and appoint petitioner as Sub-Inspector of Police (Finger Prints) under 20% department candidates quota and fix the appropriate place in the selection and grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein in this Writ Petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to award marks to petitioner for question Nos. 93, 100, 105 and 133 and to consequently direct the respondents to select and appoint petitioner as Sub-Inspector of Police (Finger Prints) under 20% department candidates quota and fix the appropriate place in the selection and grant all consequential service and monetary benefits.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the petitioner in person are present before this Court and she prayed to know the corrections carried out in her answer sheet.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the entire selection process of Sub-Inspector of Police-Finger Print Recruitment-2018 has been completed and hence the prayer of the writ petitioner is not maintainable.

4. In view of the above position, nothing survives in the present writ petition and therefore no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
