ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of his appeal, dated 05.03.2025 (Petition No.2147 of 2025), pending on the file of the respondent. Page No.1 of 4

2. The petitioner seeks cancellation of the patta standing in the name of Sri Vasavi Mahal Charitable Trust for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition.

3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties, if a direction is issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal, dated 05.03.2025 (Petition No.2147 of 2025), on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's appeal, dated 05.03.2025 ( Petition No.2147 of 2025), after hearing the objections, if any, from Sri Vasavi Mahal Page No.2 of 4

Charitable Trust and any other party, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. No costs.
