Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the second respondent in R.C.No.12513/08/EE3, dated 01.03.2008 and quash the same and direct the respondents to consider the petitioner for absorption as Road Inspector GradeII treating her as a qualified candidate for such absorption and absorb her as Road Inspector Grade-II and grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner.
