Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the first to third respondents.

2. This writ petition is disposed at the time of admission by dispensing the notice on the private respondent/fourth respondent, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the first to third respondents.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed, to direct the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2020 to cancel the electricity service connection obtained by the fourth respondent by allegedly playing fraud on the petitioner over the petitioner's property situated at New Survey No.82/2, Mel Arasampet Village, Odugathur Taluk, Anaicut Via,

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is being disposed, after dispensing with notice on the private respondent/fourth respondent, by directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.02.2020 and dispose the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state that, before passing such order, the private respondent/fourth respondent shall be heard.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
