Respondents Writ Petition has been filed, Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 30.06.2015, and to recall the results published on 14.07.2014, in the official website in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently select and appoint the petitioner to the post of BT Assistant (History), based on the marks secured in the selection, in the light of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.13054 of 2010, dated 25.04.2014. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner would state that she passed SSLC during March,2003, and applied for B.A.Degree course through Distance Education programme and, to undergo that course, she cleared Preparatory Programme Entrance Test and secured admission in the year 2006 and successfully completed the course in the year 2009.

Since the petitioner was informed that she should pass Higher Secondary Examination, she has written the said examination privately in June,2009, and passed the same. Further, she was also qualified with B.Ed., in May,2011. Thereafter, she participated in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) conducted by the first respondent Board on 18.08.2013 and secured 88 marks and was declared passed and consequently became eligible for getting appointment to the post of B.T.Assistant. She also participated in the Certificate Verification drive conducted by the first respondent Board on 07.05.2014 and produced all the certificates, which were duly verified. However, to the shock and surprise of the petitioner, when the results were published, she was declared ineligible, with the remark that Higher Secondary course and Degree were obtained by her in the same year.

3. The petitioner would further state that challenging the said result, she filed W.P.No.23686 of 2014 and the same is pending adjudication on the file of this Court. In the meanwhile, she submitted a representation, dated 30.06.2015, to the first respondent, praying for orders in terms of the order, dated 25.04.2014, passed in W.P.No.13054 of 2010, and since she has not been favoured with any response, she has come forward to file this Writ Petition.

4. Heard the submissions of Mr.G.Sankaran, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2015, in accordance with law, and pass orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
