ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner / defacto complainant based on his complaint dated 29.06.2015 and arrest the accused in connection with Crime No.118/2015 on the file of the second respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter, at this length of time.
