Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an INTERIM INJUNCTION against the Respondents from further action in De-Occupation Notice Letter No.05/04100/2021 issued by the Respondents 2 to 4 dated 01/09/2021(WMP.No.12665 of 2022) pending disposal of the WP.13481/2022.

This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant an interim injunction against the respondents from further action in de-occupation notice Letter No.05/04100/2021 issued by the respondents 2 to 4 dated 01.09.2021 pending disposal of the writ petition.

The petitioner has not made any prima facie case for the grant of interim stay and therefore, this writ miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
