Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, to condone the delay to file a review application is allowed considering the fact that the writ miscellaneous petition has been filed pursuant to the directions of this Court in Contempt Petition No.2519 of 2022 dated 24.04.2023 pointing out the errors apparent on the face of record in the Order passed by this Court on 29.08.2022. Hence, the Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
