This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to register the complaint dated 10.09.2015 against G.Arun Kumar and other two persons and also to return the said cosmetic materials which they have taken by the said persons and the 2nd respondent to investigate the same according to law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 10.09.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
