Today, the matter is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner in respect of the order passed on 24.04.2023.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the first line of paragraph 3 of the order dated 24.04.2023, it has been mentioned as "B2-B2 40 feet road scheme was announced" instead of " 'B2-B2' 40 feet scheme road was announced in Plot No.12 (Simi Garden Block-II) and 'park' was announced in Plot No.5 (Sun Garden Block-II)". Accordingly, the learned counsel seeks clarification in the above said paragraph of the order, dated 24.04.2023.

3. In view of the said submission, the first line of paragraph 3 of the order dated 24.04.2023, passed in the above Criminal Original Petition shall be replaced as follows:

"3. The case of the petitioner is that 'B2-B2' 40 feet scheme road was announced in Plot No.12 (Simi Garden Block-II) and 'park' was announced in Plot No.5 (Sun Garden Block-II) and it was ...."

4. It is made clear that in all other respects, the order dated 24.04.2023, shall remain unaltered.

5. The issue is clarified, accordingly.

6. The Registry is directed to carry out the corrections in paragraph 3 of the order dated 24.04.2023 and issue fresh copy of the order, in accordance with law.
