This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2024 and consequently, direct the respondents to provide 5th standard admission for the petitioner's daughter viz., S.V.Padmasri at any Private Matriculation School at Tiruvannamalai under Right to Education Act, 2009.
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that if a fresh representation is given to the third respondent/District Educational Officer, it will be considered within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the same. In the event of the petitioner making a representation to the third respondent, it shall be duly considered by the third respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.
