Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to de-occupation notice dated 06.04.2018 in Notice No.Zone-VIII/TPENF/405/2018 issued pursuant to the locking and sealing notice dated 07.03.2018 by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondent to remove lock and sealing put up in the building at New No.30,Old No.15, Pulla Avenue, Shenoy Nagar, Chennai 600 030 on 07.05.2018 by the 3rd respondent.

In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
