Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 467 days in filing the petition to set aside abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant Lakshmi ammal in C.M.S.A.No.20 of 2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The respondent has no objection for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay subject to the payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Service Authority, High Court, Madras, through online payment within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
