[made by M.SUNDAR, J.] Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings made in the previous listing yesterday (08.07.2025) which reads as follows:
'W.P.No.13316 of 2025 and W.M.P.No.14893 of 2025 M.SUNDAR,J., HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.) There is no representation for writ petitioner either in the physical Court or on 'Videoconferencing' {'VC'} platform but Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader is before us. To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing, which is a daily / regular / routine feature in this Court.
2. With the intention of giving an opportunity to writ petitioner and learned counsel for writ petitioner, list this matter again tomorrow i.e., on 09.07.2025 but under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'. (M.S.J.,) (H.C.J.,) 08.07.2025'

2. Pursuant to the aforesaid proceedings, captioned 'writ petition' [hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity] is listed today under the cause list caption 'FOR DISMISSAL'.
3. Mr. T.K. Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for RR 1 and 2 and Mr. P. Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel for R3 are before us but there is no representation for writ petitioner today as well either in the physical Court or on the Video Conferencing platform (To be noted, this is a hybrid hearing which is a regular/routine/daily feature in this Court).
4. Sequitur is, captioned WP and writ miscellaneous petition thereat are dismissed for default/nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
