ORDER

Though this writ petition is listed under the caption for being withdrawn, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has now received instruction to withdraw the representation made by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if appropriate directions are given to the first respondent to consider the representation dated 05.04.2017 of the petitioner and appropriate orders are passed in terms of the aforesaid representation.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation has already been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

forwarded to the first respondent prior to the filing of the writ petition and submits that appropriate orders will be passed on the representation dated 05.04.2017 of the petitioner in accordance with law. He submits that eight weeks time may be granted.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed by directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 05.04.2017 of the petitioner and dispose the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
