This Civil Revision Petition was allowed by this Court on 09.04.2021 with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months.

2. Now, the District Munsif (FC), Harur, vide letter dated 09.10.2024, sought extension of time for six months to dispose of the case, indicating various reasons for non disposal of the case within the stipulated time.
