Admittedly, against the order fixing the valuation, an appeal would lie. What the petitioner seeks to challenge is a consequential order.

2.The Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a statutory appeal, if so advised. Further, four weeks time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted, to file such an appeal. If such an appeal is filed, the same shall be decided by the Appellate Authority without rejecting the appeal on the ground of limitation. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
