Prayer in W.P.No.11760 of 2024 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents herein to issue patta in petitioner's name for the land comprised in Survey No.136/1A, Appanaayakkanpatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Sulur Sub Registration District, Tiruppur Registration District to an extent of 4636 sq.ft. and 858 [11' x 78'] sq.ft. south-north pathway on the western of 4636 sq.ft. and another extent of 2304 sq.ft. totalling 7800 sq.ft. in Door No.3/174 based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2023. 1/5

Prayer in W.P.No.11961 of 2024 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents herein to issue patta in petitioner's name for the land comprised in Survey No.136/1A, Appanaayakkanpatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Sulur Sub Registration District, Tiruppur Registration District to an extent of 1637.1/2 sq.ft. or 152.12 sq.meters based on petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2023.

For Petitioner : Mr.A.R.Suresh - in both WPs For Respondents : Mr.S.Jeyachandran Government Advocate - in both WPs COMMON ORDER With the consent of both sides, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Since the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions are one and the same, these Writ Petitions are disposed of by way of a common order.

3. These writ petitions are filed to direct the third and fourth respondents herein to issue patta in petitioners name for their land comprised in Survey No.136/1A, Appanaayakkanpatti Village, Palladam Taluk, Sulur Sub Registration 2/5

District, Tiruppur Registration District based on the representation of the petitioners dated 24.01.2023.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioners is that they had given a representation to the respondents for issuance of patta for their land in their name. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, without going to the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the third and fourth respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 24.01.2023 and pass Orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. 29.04.2024 vrc 3/5
