By order dated 31.03.2015, 1/3rd of the salary amount after deducting Rs.1,000/-, payable to the 2nd respondent, was directed to be attached and deposited. Since the respondents have not appeared before this Court and made any submissions, for varying the direction, already issued, the direction issued by order dated 31.03.2015 shall be the final order in this application.
