Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records relating to the impugned determination of fee by the 3rd respondent Committee for the petitioner's college vide proceedings No. CFF/Fees/Para Medical/57/2011 dated 04.07.2011, quash the same and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to collect the fees in terms of the statement of fees as submitted by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent Committee dated 10.02.2009.
