This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent Police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 04.07.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 04.07.2016, it is seen that this petitioner has purchased the property in question on 02.05.2005 and now, he is complaining that the opposite party has wrongly sold the property. The dispute is civil in nature.
