ORDER

Heard, Mr.A.Vimalraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.S.R.Rajagopal, learned Additional Advocate General, Assisted by Mr.V.Anadhamurthy, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by both the learned counsel that the compensation has been paid and the same is also received by the petitioners. 3.A joint statement accordingly made by both side learned counsel in this regard.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. This writ petition is accordingly closed. No costs.
