ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2024 and pass orders within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation on 15.03.2024 seeking for the compensation. However the said representation was not considered by the respondent till date. Hence, this petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2024 on its own merits and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of

receipt of copy of this order, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
