This petition has been filed, seeking direction upon respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.01.2015.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent-Police that the petitioner is not co-operating for enquiry with the Investigating Officer. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that, only in the recent past, i.e., two weeks earlier, the petitioner was called for enquiry by the Investigating Officer, and accordingly, he appeared before the Investigating Officer and gave all particulars.

Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent-Police to conduct enquiry with regard to the complaint made by the petitioner and the petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the Investigating Officer for enquiry, as per the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)]. sd -s/d- Assistant Registrar(CO) Dt:12/2/2015 True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
