..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2026 and consequently issue patta in favour of the Petitioner in respect of the Grama Natham land measuring an extent of 2.75 cents in Survey No.174/34 situated at Tharnapuri Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2026.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.03.2026 before the respondents to issue patta on his favour in respect of the Grama Natham land measuring an extent of 2.75 cents in Survey No.174/34 situated at Tharnapuri Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight
(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
