C O M M O N O R D E R These petitions have been filed to direct the respondent police to register a case based on the petitioners' complaint dated 01.06.2016 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaints given by the petitioners against one Sriramulu, petition enquiries are pending in CSR.Nos.256 of 2016 and 257 of 2016.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry in both CSRs and take action in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioners.
