Prayer : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondent not to initiate any kind of recovery proceedings for recovery of tax amount of Rs.26,57,743/- for the years 2002-03, 2003-04 and 2004-05 both under the TNGST Act 1959 and CST Act 1956 till the assessment is finalised in accordance with law by the respondent both under the TNGST and CST Acts for the above years.
