ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeals dated 06.02.2023 filed by the petitioner in pursuance to the compensation proceeding vide Rc.22/2014/BCE/Unit-III dated 21.02.2019 on the file of 2nd respondent.

2. The petitioner submitted an appeal on 06.02.2023 seeking enhancement of compensation under Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 before the first respondent, however, the same is pending without consideration.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 2/4

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 06.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders by disposing of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
