Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax of condition that he has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further order imposed by this Hon'ble Court order dated 20.05.2021 in Crl.Op.No.9450/2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S G.KARTHEEBAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in clause (e) of the order dated 20.05.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9450 of 2021. 2.This Court, vide order dated 20.05.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Except the above modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 20.05.2021 stand unaltered.
