The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that after investigation, the third respondent has filed a report dated 10.10.2013 stating that the case was closed and further action has been dropped. He has also filed a status report to that effect. Therefore, he submits that nothing survives in this petition for adjudication.

3. In view of the aforesaid status report, this Criminal Original Petition dismissed as infructuous.
