ORDER

(Made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) It is submitted on behalf of Anna University that there is no difficulty in students being registered for the seventh semester without any condition attached; however, students cannot register for the eighth semester without having cleared the first and second semesters.

2. It is a reasonable condition which is imposed by the University, particularly considering the latitude which has been given due to the pandemic and the inability to have regular classes in the usual course.

In view of the above submission on behalf of the University, nothing further remains of the matter and W.P.No.27956 of 2019 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.27543 and 27546 of 2019 and 4190 of 2020 are closed.
