It is the grievance of the petitioner that the respondents 3 & 4 are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner of the land in S.No.22/3, Kottarai Village, Alatur Taluk, Perambalur District, specifically to an extent of 2 acres 47 cents. 2.As the petitioner's grievance is against the private respondents 3 & 4, the petitioner will have to work out the remedy before the Competent Civil Court and not by invoking the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy before the appropriate Court. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
