With the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.
Heard Mr.C.Jayaprakash for the petitioner, Mr.P.R.Dhilipkumar for the respondents to 3, Mr.P.V.Selvakumar for the fourth respondent and Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the fifth respondent.

This writ petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to consider and provide electricity connection to the petitioner's petty shop on the road side of Mugappair West (Beside Bus terminus) at Bharathi Salai, Mugappair West, Chennai 600 037 by obtaining appropriate deposit and fees for which the petitioner has made representation dated 6/7/2015 to the respondents.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he is a physically challenged person and has been issued necessary certificates by the competent authority to prove that he is a physically challenged person suffering from 90% permanent disability. The petitioner seeks for grant of electricity connection.
5. The respondent Electricity Board has filed a counter stating that unless and until the petitioner gets No Objection Certificate from the Corporation authority, the request of the petitioner cannot be considered. Accordingly, the fourth respondent was impleaded as a party to the proceedings vide order dated 17/8/2015.
6. In similar circumstances, this Court, by an order dated 17/10/2014, in W.P.No.27693 of 2014 (P.Arunkumar Vs. 1. The Commissioner, State Commissioner for differently abled, Jawaharlal Nehru Inner Ringh Road, K.K.Nagar, Chennai 78 and another), disposed of the writ petition, with a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner.
7. Following the same, this Court directs the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 6/7/2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
