O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Rent Control Appellate Authority/Principal Sub Court, Coimbatore to dispose of R.C.A.No.3 of 2020 within a fixed time frame.

2. Heard Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioners 1/4

and perused the records.

3. The petitioners herein are the landlords, who have filed R.C.O.P.No.126 of 2006 under Sections 10(2)(i) and 14(1)(b) of Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, seeking to evict the respondent/tenant on the ground of willful default. After full-fledged enquiry, the said petition came to be allowed on 09.10.2017. Aggrieved by the same, the respondent/tenant filed R.C.A.No.3 of 2020 and the same is pending without any enquiry.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since 2006 the respondent continue to be a tenant and the petitioners being the landlords could not able to enjoy the fruits, even after allowing the petition filed by them.

5. In view of the circumstances explained and nature of the petition, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage itself, with a direction to the learned Appellate Authority/Principal Sub Court, 2/4

Coimbatore to dispose of R.C.A.No.3 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
