ORDER
The petitioner herein is the husband of the second respondent. He is before this Court alleging that his wife/second respondent is giving 1/3
false complaints in various police stations and based on the complaints, police is harassing him, therefore, he needs protection from police harassment.
2. There is matrimonial dispute between the husband and wife. They are employed at different places. At present, each of them are having custody of one child and fighting their matrimonial dispute before various forums for different relief's making allegations against each other. From the records, this Court does not find any reason to doubt the respondent police for harassing the petitioner herein.
3. In such circumstances, this Court finds no reason to entertain writ petition for the prayer sought. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
