ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri. Raveekumar tenders a notification dated 13.01.2025 received from the Government of Puducherry, which provides that the Lieutenant Governor of Puducherry is pleased to reconstitute the Puducherry Women's Commission under Sub-section (1) of Section 5 of Puducherry Women's Commission Act, 2001.

2. The notification is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.

3. Ms.Meenakshi states that in view of the notification, nothing will survive in the petition and petition be disposed.
