ORDER
This petition has been filed against the respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order dated 19.03.2021 passed in A.No.2671 of 2020 by this court.
2. On 14.02.2022, the first respondent was produced before this Court by the Police. Since the petitioner's counsel seeks time to get instruction from his client, the matter was listed today.
3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the first respondent is produced before this Court by the Police.
4. After getting instruction from his client, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing the contempt petition against the first respondent. The second respondent has filed an affidavit of undertaking, seeking six months time to comply with the order of this Court dated 19.03.2021.
5. Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is not pressing the contempt petition against the first respondent, the first respondent is ordered to be released and recording the affidavit given by the second respondent, this contempt petition is closed.
6. The second respondent is directed to comply with the order of this 2/3
