ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.02.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. It is seen that the petitioner's husband has borrowed money from various persons and he is now absconding. Therefore, the persons, who lent money, are coming to the house of the petitioner looking out for her husband. Hence, the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 09.02.2015 against those persons, who are searching her husband. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
