In continuation of the order dated 03.07.2024, this Court passed the following order:

This Court after considering the fact that the account freezed pursuant to the investigation pending on the file of the second respondent passed an interim order directed the first respondent bank to permit the petitioner herein to operate the account with minimum balance of Rs.1,50,00,000/- being the subject matter of the FIR and allow the petitioner to operate the account.

3. Today (31.07.2024) the matter is posted for " reporting compliance"

4. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent's bank states that the petitioner is allowed to operate the bank account with a limit of Rs.1.5 crores.

5. This Court is of the view that if any further remedy is required, the petitioner shall approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for redressal. 3/5
