It is the case of the petitioner that the application for recognition though has been made after due compliance as pointed out by the respondents, as per the representation dated 25.05.2015, no appropriate orders have been passed.
2.Taking into consideration the same, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 25.05.2015, in which it has been stated that the infirmity pointed out as per the proceedings dated 15.05.2015 have been complied with. Appropriate orders will have to be passed by the 2nd respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
