The matter is taken up through web hearing.

When the matter is taken up today for hearing, Mr.Karthigai Balan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that by proceedings dated 09.09.2020, the Competent Authority has transferred the petitioner from her present position in Coimbatore to Tirunelveli Medical College and Hospital, Tirunelveli District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the above proceedings may be recorded and the matter shall be disposed of.

3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is answered, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous. No costs.

4. This order was passed on the basis of peculiar circumstances of the case and also finding that the request of the petitioner being genuine.
