ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to give necessary direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 15.05.2014.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has given a complaint on 15.05.2014 to the second respondent, wherein it has been specifically stated that she obtained loan from Sri Ram Chit Funds and at the time of receiving loans, she has given some documents of title as security and after some time, she discharged the entire loan with interest, but the said Sri Ran Chit Fund has not returned the documents to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, despite of repeated attempts. Now the petitioner has come to know that the documents of the petitioner have been misused by by one Shanthi. Therefore, the complaint in question has been given to the second respondent, but the second respondent has not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint and also considering the fact that after giving the complaint dated 15.05.2014, the petitioner has given a representation on 15.11.2014, this Court is of the view to give necessary direction to the second respondent. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The second respondent is strictly directed to look into the allegations made in the complaint dated 15.05.2014 and if any cognizable offences are made out, further directed to take appropriate steps as per law.
