This petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to recall the order dated 22.06.2022 in the above writ petition.

2. The petitioner has filed this petition on the ground that patta granted in favour of the writ petitioner is already cancelled. The order granting police protection cannot be sustained.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

4. This Court is of the view that as the writ petition is already disposed of taking into consideration of the title deeds in favour of the petitioner, if at all the petitioner wants to establish its right, the same has to be established before the Civil Court and not by way of filing this miscellaneous petition for recalling the order already passed by this Court during the year 2022.

5. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
